Delectable by Su was established by Malaysian baker Su-Yin in 2009, out of a passion for creating fancy cakes and yummy sweet treats. The Delectable brand has come a long way, offering delivery and catering services to retail/kiosks and a restaurant/cafe that is an Insta-worthy haunt for the sweet-toothed and cake lovers.
Having started out as a traditional business that grew organically, Delectable faced the challenge of bringing everything online so that the business could continue to scale, especially during COVID-19. Their current website was built on outdated technology and not mobile-friendly. Seasonal marketing campaigns were not planned in advance, leading to scrambling at the eleventh hour to put together festive packages and offers.
