The Property Exchange
The Story
The Property Exchange was established in 1997 in Subiaco, an inner western suburb of Perth, Western Australia. Their focus is personalised, professional service without the “clinical” approach that often comes with typical real estate transactions.
Prior to engaging Vangoh Creative in 2014, they didn’t have a creative designer in house to execute their brilliant ideas. Additionally, their team of real estate agents were often so busy focusing on sales, that they had little time for personal branding and marketing – which is crucial in this industry. Finally, the team also struggled to maintain a consistent calendar for print and digital marketing campaigns, and found it challenging to deal with printers and coordinate the right printing sizes and paper quality.
The Goal
Through engaging a dedicated agency to oversee their marketing, The Property Exchange aimed to elevate its brand and increase the effectiveness of its marketing efforts.

For us Vangoh Creative aren’t just graphic designers – behind the scenes they have put together excellent procedures - that if we change one thing in our marketing this will flow through to all areas of marketing without us having to think about where else do we need to update this! Once our marketing plan has been put in place, Vangoh Creative is excellent in follow up to make sure that deadlines are met. THEIR SOLUTION
The Property Exchange appointed Vangoh Creative to manage their marketing calendar, collaborate with agents to help them with their personal branding, liaise with printers to get materials produced beautifully and on time, and maintain all their website and corporate documents. As Vangoh Creative is a full-service team with efficient systems and tools in place to plan marketing and execute, we were able to manage The Property Exchange’s entire marketing calendar across digital and print channels, from strategy to execution to distribution.
The RESULTS
Consistent marketing: At least 10 pieces of content going out monthly across various formats – from email, website update, blog post, social media templates to flyers, mailbox drops, internal documents, and ads. A stronger, consistent presence in the market in core suburbs and beyond. Regularly refreshed marketing templates that are in line with industry trends, but stay consistent with the core brand identity
